Influence of Sabuda and Reinhart

Again I want to emphasize how important Sabuda and Reinhart have been for the further development of US and European paper engineering and also for the new development of Chinese and Iranian pop up art. For this I’m gonna show you a few examples created by them and shown before in this blogpost part 7:

I am adding a tiny section which shows that even the French School of Minimalism (Marion Bataille and Anouck Boisrobert) had its influence on Asian, mainly Chinese pop up designers.

Although I’ve been suspending the end of this series of blogposts by adding 3 blogposts after what I thought was going to be the end, I now really think we reached the end. I’ll return as soon as new significant developments in interactive and pop up book publishing occur.
